Project requests
We collect contact and project information submitted through the request form to evaluate and communicate about potential work.
Manuscript transfer
Do not submit manuscripts through the initial form. If a project proceeds, a separate transfer method will be agreed. Submitted materials are used only to perform and support the requested service.
Retention
Working and delivered files may be retained temporarily for project completion, correction and delivery. Clients should maintain their own permanent backups. Files may be deleted after the project period.
Service providers
Hosting, form and file-transfer providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell manuscripts or project information as a general data product.
