InstallableBook provides custom conversion of approved source material into a web-based reading package according to an agreed scope.
Ownership and permission
Clients retain ownership of their content and represent that they possess all necessary rights and permissions. InstallableBook retains ownership of its pre-existing conversion methods, general reader components and know-how while providing the client the delivered package for the agreed use.
Scope and revisions
The confirmed project scope controls what is included. Standard pricing does not include editing, proofreading, cover creation, DRM, native app submission, ecommerce, hosting or unlimited revisions unless stated in writing.
Refunds
Because the service is customized, refunds are considered when a delivered product materially fails the agreed technical scope and cannot be reasonably corrected.
Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for manuscript accuracy, legal compliance, publishing decisions, hosting accounts, domain configuration, promotion and third-party fees.
